Matt update

I enjoy going out and taking random photos of things, its one of my hobbies. This is a working windmill that powers the city along a beach near my base.

If you can't tell, this is the city of Ginowan taken from a bridge here. and the moon looked really cool this night. This is a typical moon at night here, when the skies are clear anyway.

There are some really cool areas to take photos and this is one of my favorite photos i have taken out here because of the colors and sky.

I love on the water sunsets and we have some really cool ones out here. This is on Araha Beach at sunset. I love walking the beach at sunset or sunrise. We are able to run in the mornings along the beach during sunrise and it is pretty cool.

I am doing a lot better head wise and almost done dealing with my kidney stones. I am still liking it over here, i feel used to the customs now and am comfortable every where we go.  I hope every one is doing great. I am excited to see you all soon. Love you and keep living life.
Typhoon update, for anybody who has heard we are in a major Typhoon right now. Nobody can leave their quarters and we stuck eating MRE's. For anyone who knows, they are not the greatest food in the world.
I can't wait to see you all and for those who have met with my better half, thank you for welcoming her into the family.

Finger painting...

Sophie is 5

Happy Birthday to Sophie........5 years old!!

We love our beautiful Sophie, sooo glad she is in our family. Grma and Grpa hope you have a fabulous day!

Hudson #3

Our little Huds had a fabulous birthday! We celebrated a little in South Jordan, a little in Denver and a little in Rangely. We decided to go to a Rockies game on Huds' birthday. The drive was well worth it after Huds saw "Dinger" the Rockies mascot and got to pick out a little Rockies bat for his souvenir. Huds loved his Buzz Lightyear cake but mostly he liked to "blow out the fire". Huds is such a joy to have in our family. He is funny, thoughtful, loving, silly, a great brother and we love him lots.

Mary's First Trip to Hires Hamburgers

It was fun to see Sarah and Andrew when they came to Salt Lake, and take Mary for her very first visit to Hires. And as you can tell from this photo (taken with my iPhone) Mary loved the visit!

(P.S. I was slow to catch on to the idea that when I forget my camera, I can take photos with the iPhone, so I've missed out on quite a few other photo ops. However now that I've realized it, I'll try to post a lot more iPhoneography!)

Keep the Photos Coming!

Today when I visited Dad I showed him all the new photos on DennyConnect from this week on my iPhone. He loves seeing them, and makes a comment about each person as the photo comes up. Keep those cute photos coming, they are appreciated!

Love You All,

Draper Soccer

We've started soccer here in the Draper household. Fall season has 4 of the Draper kids playing.

Kenz is on the Lehi High School team, Mason plays for Arsenal, Rylie plays for Strikers, and Cam is getting ready to play her first year of organized soccer on the blue team. Fun, I know. I like to take pictures of all the soccer happenings. Check out these headers:

Davis County Fair....and Jeff, M,L,P visit

Kara and I had fun with the kids at the fair....it was very hot, though.
Not one of the kids, but a funky chicken!
Rigged Baby contest.....Quinn should have won, she was definitely the cutest!
Paige was here in August...She sure is cute! Curly hair!

Not a good shot...all three moved...Cute though.

This picture wasn't at the fair, but I love it. You're beautiful Quinn.
Sophie's beautiful hat
Cooper's cool sword!
She had so much fun with the magnet board....does Quinn look hot.

Needed Mo and Lo in the post....this is at Gateway fountains.
Not a great quality photo, but the only one with all in it. This produced
itchy eyes!!

Kynaston summer (a little)

It's hard to see, but Kelcie is giving me a piggy back ride. She is so strong!

Jessie and her simple cucumber spa treatment.

This picture brought back a flood of memories. The girls created dresses out of some extra fabric I had. I used to do that.

"Spa Day" the girls had a fun night when one of Jessie's friends came over and entertained and introduced the kids to a fun-filled spa night.

ALERT: ANIMAL LOVERS PROCEED READING WITH CAUTION!!!

I was cutting a ham the other day and Kelcie asked "Mom, is that a pig?"
I don't know how she saw the resemblance.....

Superman says hello to everyone.
And especially to the artist that sent us a painting titled "The Bunnies".

This is part of a night to remember...the scouts came to our swimming pool with their canoe's to work on the canoe merit badge. The girls had a blast. Taylor met many of his requirements right in our backyard. How do you like the goggles and life-jackets :).

These are the men that "CARVED our own canoes"
