It was HOT at Disneyland! Too many long lines.

We all enjoyed a great dinner and fun time hanging out, cooking s'mores,

and the hospitality of Rand & Bradley. Thanks again guys for the fun evening.

COLEMAN HAS ARRIVED!!!

THURSDAY JULY 23, 2009 COLEMAN MARTELL DENNY DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO COME JOIN THE NATHAN AND SARAH DENNY FAMILY. HE WAS BORN AT 7 LBS 11 OUNCES, AND WAS 21 INCHES LONG. SARAH, COLEMAN AND NATE ARE ALL DOING WELL AND ARE LOVING HAVING EACHOTHER.

Father's Day Fun!!

I know, I know, I am a little late......

It was so much fun to be home for Father's Day this year. Laynee had so much fun hanging out with her family. I am pretty sure she had her grandpa wrapped around her finger by the time we left! We also had fun seeing everyone at Grandpa Denny's! Hopefully we will get to do it again sometime soon! She decided Josh was a good fill-in since her Dad could not come with us! Plus Josh needs all the practice he can get!!

Her and Jaxon had fun playing and coloring - we were glad Becca was able to come down with the kids while we were there!

Laynee loved the sandbox but I think she loved eating the sand more than playing in it!


Four generations!! It was fun to see Grandpa and his new place.

I didn't do a very good job at taking pictures but I thought this one turned out pretty good!

Laynee talked Grandpa into taking her outside and swinging quite a bit. She loved the swing!!

What better way to end a Father's Day BBQ then with ice cream cones in the kitchen?

It's been fun having some summer visitors. We had a nice outing to the Gateway Plaza and had fun running through the fountain.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATION

Hi all!

We are planning on a fun day at East Canyon on Thursday, July 23rd! We want to invite all of you who are in town to come up for the day. We will be going up in the morning and then having lunch together and then heading home probably late afternoon.

We were going to head out early, because Matt wanted to go to the Bountiful parade, but with the Willeys all gone, there's no reason now! LOL! The reason is to be with family! (Plus his cousin who usually marches in it, isn't this year and Jessica isn't in it either, so we won't have anybody to watch!)

We'd love to see who all could come! Bring something to share and we'll be in charge of the main thing (we haven't decided yet) - so let us know if you are coming so I can plan on food!

TRAVIS' COURT OF HONOR

Sunday, July 19th at 6:30 pm, Travis will receive his Eagle. It is at our stake center and you are all invited:
When you come to Layton, you turn west on Gentile. Go to the light at Angel and turn south. Then go to 500 South and turn east. You will see the church. Use the north entrance.

Matt will be home so he will be doing the flag in full uniform, so it will be pretty cool. Also, afterwards, you are all invited to come back to the house and visit with Matt for longer! He thinks after he is out of school he will probably be deployed and we might not see him for 18 months. He graduates Oct 5, so he might get a few days to come home for Brayden's wedding, but he is not sure.

Mason is 10

Double digits here he is. To join in the 10 celebration , here are 10 things about Mason:

1. He is an awesome kid.
2. He's a good brother and keeps his sisters on their toes. It's amazing how he thrives being surrounded by girls.
3. He's a good friend. He has lots of different friends and is usually the middle man that brings them together.
4. He's pretty darn good at video games.
5. He likes sports. You name it, he'll play it. His favorite is baseball and then soccer.
6. Tshirts and shorts is the only attire for him.
   
7. He's funny and quite goofy. He's also got a great laugh.
8. He's smart, which is a good thing since he does not like homework or reading.
9. He likes to stay up and watch TV at nite. (Mostly Disney Channel.) He knows if he's quiet enough I'll let him stay up even later.
10. Mase-man is a stud man!
