One day Edgar met Eula. He was crazy about her.
Now look what's happened. There are a million of us.
Well OK, not a million. But a LOT. Never fear, this will help us all keep in touch.

COOPER'S FIRST BASEBALL GAME
We supported Cooper in his first baseball game. He had a blast, but thought as soon as you touched home you got to bat again :) Cooper didn't particularly love playing in the field....third base in this game.
A few of the spectators....

Draper April Birthdays
We celebrated a couple of April birthdays in our family. (Blake, Easton, Kenzie, and Clayton) We missed having Jessie and Laynee there but managed to eat plenty of food without them.
Here's a couple pictures of the event.
Blake is learning to walk and is so cute waddling:
My favorite picture of the nite. Hudson was not happy about something:
Rylie loved holding Easton all afternoon:
Bridger had just mastered a 2 wheeler. He was amazing:
The 1 year old cake:
The 14 (almost) year old cake:
Cutest cake eater around:
Thanks for watching.

A few pics from our part of the world...
Taylor in deep thought, Kelcie dancing in the background and Jessie girl posing...where's Lexi? Hiding from the camera, can't get a picture of her lately. The Kynaston addition is Zack Brewer.
We thought it was funny that we took up ALL the playground equipment. SORRY, Brewers and Kynaston's are the king of bunkers hill :)!!
We had a great time at the zoo. This orangutan was VERY entertaining.
He had treats in his apple juice container.
Lexi would NOT look at the camera. She did however manage to find a lot
of eggs by staying so focused on the goal at hand.
Easter was fun.

Happy Birthday Mom!

This is a birthday wish, but since Mother's Day is only a month away I also have been doing some thinking. There are some girls who are born with a mother they cherish. Some girls are born to mothers they don't exactly see eye to eye with and then are raised by another maternal figure. Still, there are some girls with no mother and no example. I on the other hand have been blessed in ways no other girl has . . . well at least in my opinion. I have an exemplary mother. I also have been very close to my grandmother and auntie. Both I have lived with and while they are no longer with me here on the earth I still feel very close to them. I'm happy my daughter shares their name. Why then, I pondered, are there girls who don't have close personal bonds with their mothers and I would still get a chance at another one? My only answer is that I'm blessed beyond belief!
Valerie Ostler is not just a mother in law to me. She is my friend, my gift, my Mom! She is loving and generous. She is witty and funny. She is entertaining, smart, talented, and full of exuberance. She is a fantastic cook and teacher. She is overflowing with patience! I could never have another baby without her. She is spiritual and one of the most Christ like people I know. Even though I cannot be with her, bake her a birthday cake, or share today with her, I want her to know how much I love her. I appreciate all she does for me and for my family. Mary is so blessed to have her as her "Gram". Happy Birthday Mom! I love you!
Love, Sara & Mary
After that, I don't really know what I can add, but I'll give it my best shot anyway. I am the person I am today because of you, my Mother. I have learned so many lessons from you about everything from reading to canning and so much more. The most important lesson that you taught me was to love unconditionally, no matter what happens. You have shown me a love like the Savior's love, and you taught me not to judge others or make them feel bad for any reason. Whenever I was punished for doing something bad, or even, dare I say, Spanked (gasp!), you always waited a few minutes and then came into my room and explained that you loved me and why you had punished me. You always criticize yourself and give yourself no credit for all of your accomplishments, but I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that you have accomplished so much in your children, in me and in all of us, and you should be proud of how you raised us so well. I loved having you as a stay at home Mom and it made a huge difference in my life and still does make a difference. Thank you for doing laundry, cooking all the meals, showing me how to get splinters out with a needle, and so many other things. I love you and am so proud to call you my Mother.
Love, Andrew
P.S. Sorry we couldn't find any pictures of just you, but this is a great picture of you and Dad!

Laynee Lou is 2!!

We woke up this morning and I told Laynee it was her Birthday and she was now two years old. She looked at me and said no Mommy, I am 5 as she held up five fingers. She is such a trouble maker and we have a lot of fun with her. Our dog just had puppies and right now all she wants to do is sit and pet them. She calls them kitties most of the time and it is so cute that I don't even correct her! She also loves her sissy and is very nice to her most of the time.
